补阳还五汤加减联合天智颗粒治疗血管性认知障碍的临床研究

血管性认知功能障碍(vascular cognitive impairment,VCI)是一种高发病率和可预防性的临床综合征。研究显示,约1/4卒中患者存在卒中后血管性认知功能损害1],由于我国脑血管病的高发率及人口基数巨大,VCI已成为中老年人群生命健康的严重威胁。西医多采用改善脑循环及代谢等治疗VCI。笔者应用补阳还五汤加减联合天智颗粒治疗血管性认知功能障碍,取得良好疗效,现报道如下。

Study on Buyang-Huanwu decoction combined with Tianzhi granule in treating vascular cognitive impairment

Objective To observe the curative effect of Buyang-Huanwu decoction combined with Tianzhi granule on vascular cognitive impairment(VCI). Methods Totally 100 patients diagnosed as having VCI were randomly divided into two groups: compound group(n=50), treated with Buyang-Huanwu decoction and Tianzhi granule; control group(n=50), treated with donepezil. All patients were assessed with The Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA) and MiNi-MentalState Examination(MMSE) before treatment and after 8 weeks to evaluate efficacy. Results The MoCA and MMSE had been significantly improved together in two groups after 8 weeks of treatment(p<0.01), and there were no significant differences between two groups. Conclusions Buyang-Huanwu decoction combined with Tianzhi granule can be effective on patients with VCI.
