药物结合物理疗法治疗宫颈HPV感染临床观察

目的：观察药物结合物理治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染的临床疗效,并比较三种不同方法治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染的临床疗效。方法：将150例宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染的患者随机分为三组,药物组50例,阴道放置奥平栓;微波组50例,经净后采用微波治疗;联合组50例,先行微波治疗,48小时后给予奥平栓阴道放置。观察各组治疗前后宫颈糜烂面与白带性状的变化,检测宫颈脱落细胞检测HPV感染情况。结果：三组治疗后白带量与性状改善均显著,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。对Ⅰ度和Ⅱ度宫颈糜烂疗效,三组有效率相近,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;对Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂,联合组较奥平栓组及微波组疗效好,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对单纯型糜烂,三组有效率均为100%;对颗粒型宫颈糜烂和乳突型宫颈糜烂,联合组疗效优于奥平栓组与微波组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;低危型HPV6/11的转阴率三组有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;对高危型HPV16/18的转阴率,联合组疗效优于奥平栓组及微波组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：奥平栓联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染疗效显著,副作用小,值得推广。

Effect of Combined Recombinant Human Interferon α 2A in Suppository Form and Microwave Therapy on Cervical Erosion with Human Papillomavirus Infection

Objective：To observe the therapeutic efficiency of recombinant human interferon ct 2A in suppository form （ OPIN suppository） and microwave therapy for cervical erosion with human papillomavirus （HPV） infection. Methods： A total of 150 patients with cervical erosion with HPV infection were randomized into OPIN suppository group, microwave therapy group ,and combined microwave and OPIN group,50 patients in each. The microwave therapy was implemented 48 h before placing OPIN suppository in the combination group. Erosion area and leucorrhea eharacters were observed and HPV in cervcal exfoliated cells was detected before and after treatment. Results： The amount and characters of leucorrhea were improved in the 3 groups after treatment, with no significant difference among them （ P 〉 0.05 ）. For severe erosion, the combined microwave and OPIN group had better effect than other 2 groups did （ P 〈0. 05 ）. All treatments had effect on simple form of cervical erosion with a cure rate of 100% ; the combined microwave and OPIN group had better effect on granular and papillary forms than other 2 group did （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The negative rate of HPV 6/11 was not significantly different among the 3 groups（ P 〉 0.05 ） ; the negative rate of HPV 16/18 was much higher in the combined microwave and OPIN group than that in the other 2 groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Combined OPIN suppository and microwave has satisfactory effect on cervical erosion with HPV infeetion With less side effects.
