丁苯酞注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床效果评价

目的 观察丁苯酞注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年4月-2015年10月我院住院治疗急性脑梗死120例，按照随机、自愿的原则分为对照组和治疗组，各60 例。两组在给予抗血小板聚集等常规治疗基础上，治疗组再给予0.9%氯化钠注射液100ml+丁苯酞注射液100mg2次/d，?连续应用14d。观察两组NIHSS评分、ADL评分，进行临床疗效。结果 治疗后各组NIHSS评分、ADL评分与同组治疗前进行比较都具有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05)；两组治疗前后NIHSS评分差值、ADL评分差值分别进行比较，具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论 急性脑梗死患者早期应用丁苯酞注射液，有助于改善神经功能缺损及提高日常生活活动能力。

The assessment of clinical curative effect of Butylphthalide injection on acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Butylphthalide injection on acute cerebral infarction. Methods 120 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction being treated in our hospital from April 2014 to October 2015 were randomly and voluntarily divided into the control group (n = 60), only cured with anti-platelet aggregation therapy and the treatment group (n = 60), also combinding with?intravenous drip of 100ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection added with 100mg Butylphthalide 2 times per day, both lasting for 14 days. The NIHSS scores and ADL scores of both groups were observed and assessed for clinical curative effect evaluation. Result There were statistically significant differences (P<0.05) between NIHSS scores of both groups evaluated before and at 14d after therapy, as well as ADL scores. The difference?values of NIHSS scores and ADL scores were separately assessed by comparing the scores observed before and after therapy in both groups, and there were also statistically significant differences between the congtrol group and treatment group. Conclusion For patients with acute cerebral infarction, early application of Butylphthalide can improve the neurological function and the ability of daily life activities.
