大剂量黄芪对慢性肾炎患者血、尿TNF—α的影响

目的：观察大剂量黄芪对慢性肾小球肾炎（CGN）患者血清、尿液肿瘤坏死因子－α（TNF－α）的影响。方法：采用放射免疫法测定30例CGN患者（治疗组）应用大剂量黄芪注射液治疗前后血清、尿液TNF－α水平；并与30例应用常规治疗的患者（对照组）及30名健康人（健康对照组）进行比较，同时观察尿β2－微球蛋白（β2－MG）、24小时尿蛋白定量及内生肌酐清除率（Ccr)的变化。结果：治疗前两组患者较健康对照组血、尿、TNF－α、尿β2－MG及24小时尿蛋白定量均显著升高（P＜0．01），治疗后治疗组上述指标均明显改善（P＜0．01），其改善优于对照组（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。治疗后两组Ccr比较无明显差异（P＞0．05）。结论：大剂量黄芪有较好的降低CGN患者血、尿TNF－α作用，为该药治疗CGN提供了理论依据。

Effects of Large Dosage Huang-Qi on TNF-a in Cases of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

To observe the Effects of large dosage Huang Qi on s erum and urinary tunor necrosis factor a (TNF a) in cases of Chronic glomerulo nephritis. Methods: By using radioimmunoassay, detections of ser um and urine TNF a were made on 30 glomerulonephrotis cases, 30 control cases a nd another healthy cases before and after the treatment with large dosage of Hua ng Qi injection so as to examine the changes of urine microprotein, 24 hour uri ne protein quantification and endogenous creatinine clearance rate (CCR). Results: After the treatment, the above indices were greatly improved ( P <0.01), better than the control group( P <0.01). No difference was found in CCR after the treatment ( P >0.05). Conclusion: The TNF a was raised in Chronic glomerulonephritis cases and large dosage of Huang Qi co uld reduce its serum level.
