| 摘 要： | 目的：进一步了解中医中药在治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌方面的作用。方法：随机将７８例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者分成中医辨证配合化疗的综合治疗组和单纯化疗组。结果：综合治疗组在全身状况及症状改善方面，明显优于单纯化疗组，且在近期疗效上也有所提高。结论：证实中医中药确实具有抗癌，解毒，扶正，增效等作用，是治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌不可缺少的手段之一。
