空心钉内固定联合股方肌蒂骨瓣移植配合中药治疗中青年囊内型股骨颈骨折临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨空心钉内固定联合股方肌蒂骨瓣移植配合中药治疗中青年囊内型股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法:70例患者随机分为两组:空心钉内固定联合股方肌蒂骨瓣移植配合中药组(治疗组)38例和单纯空心钉内固定组(对照组)32例,比较治疗前后两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、复位质量(Garden对线指数)、骨折愈合率、股骨头坏死率、术后功能恢复程度(按Harris髋关节功能评分标准进行评分)及血液流变学变化的差异。结果:治疗组手术时间长,术中出血量多,其复位质量、骨折愈合率及髋关节功能优于对照组(P〈0.05),股骨头坏死率低于对照组(P〈0.05),血液流变学各项指标优于对照组。结论:空心钉内固定联合股方肌蒂骨瓣移植治疗中青年囊内型股骨颈骨折疗效优于单纯空心钉内固定,中药口服明显改善患者血液流变学。
