大黄和黄芪配伍对大鼠减重增力作用的研究

摘    要:目的:研究大黄黄芪配伍的增力减重作用。方法:胃饲不同比例的大黄、黄芪混合水煎剂,观察对大鼠体重、摄食量、游泳时间以及血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、血清脂肪酶(甘油三酯水解酶)、肌糖原和粪便总脂的影响。结果:混合水煎剂中所含黄芪的比例越高,游泳时间越长。体重和摄食量的减少与混合剂中大黄的含量成反经。血清甘油三酯、总胆因醇和粪便总脂各组间无差异。大黄:黄芪为1:1时,其脂肪酶活性、肌糖原含量分别增加153%和30%,与对照组相比有显著性差别(P<0.01)。结论:大鼠摄食量的下降程度与混合水煎剂中大黄的含量成反比;游泳时间的延长程度与混合水煎剂中黄芪的含量成正性关系。当大黄与黄芪按1:1混合时,增力减重作用效果最好。同时,大黄、黄芪配伍可提高外周组织对血中游离脂肪酸的利用能力,促进脂肪的动用,并降低肌糖原的利用率,但不影响脂肪代谢和小肠吸收营养。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of ergogen ic and weight loss of mixed decoction of Rhubarb and Astragalus.Methods and Results:Three different proportion of mixed decoction was administrated by stoma ch.The results show that the higher the concentration of Astragalus in the mixed decoction,the longer the swimming endurance time was.And food intake and weight loss was related to Rhubarb concentration.Conclusions:The mixed decoction of Rhubarb a nd Astragalus can reduce body weight and food intake while swimming endurance ti me increased.The best proportion of Rhubarb and Astragalus was 1∶1.Mixed decoct ion dose not affect the metabolism of adipose and the absorption of small intest ine,and it can enhance the ability of utilization of adipose in tissue and free fatty acid and decrease the utilization of muscle glycogen.
