慢性胃炎胃粘膜上皮细胞中bax、fas、p16基因的表达

摘    要:目的:探讨bax、fas和p16在胃粘膜病变发生发展过程中的作用及意义.方法:应用免疫组织化学方法,检测慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)和轻、中、重度慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者胃粘膜上皮细胞中bax、fas(促凋亡基因)和p16(增殖负调控基因)基因蛋白的表达情况.结果:CSG和轻、中、重度CAG胃粘膜中bax的表达率分别为41.75%、72.41%和78.26%,fas的表达率分别为39.81%、65.52%和78.26%,p16的表达率分别为9.71%、24.14%和30.43%.轻、中、重度CAG与CSG比较,bax、fas、p16的表达差异有显著性意义P<0.05~0.01.轻、中、重度CAG间比较,差异无显著性意义.结论:bax、fas和p16的高表达,使得细胞增殖/凋亡的比例失衡,在胃粘膜病变的发生发展中可能有重要意义.

Abstract:Objective: To study the functions ofbax, fas, p16 gene on the occurrence and development of gastric mucosal disease. Methods:To check the expression level ofbax, fas, p16 gene in gastric mucosa of CSG and mild, moderate and severe CAG by immunohisto-chemical methods.Results: The expression rate of Bax in above-mentioned three groups was 41.75%, 72.41% and 78.2% respectively, the expression rate of Fas was 39.81%, 65 52% and 78.26% respectively;the expression of p16 was 9.71%, 24.14% and 30.43% respectively. The difference was significant between CSG and mild CAG(P<0.05~0.01); the difference was markedly significant between CSG and moderate-severe CAG(P<0.01); the difference was significant between mild CAG and moderate-severe CAG(P>0.05). Conclusion:The high expression of Bax, Fas and p16 gene breaks the balance between multiplication and apoptosis. It is suggested that Bax, Fas and p16 probably have important effects on the occurrence and development of gastric mucosal disease.
