复方大青颗粒急性毒性试验研究

摘    要:目的观察复方大青颗粒一次给药后小鼠急性毒性反应情况,确定最大给药量。方法 ICR小鼠48只,进行复方大青颗粒急性毒性实验,首次给药1次,连续14天观察复方大青颗粒对小鼠体质量、进食量及饮水量的影响。结果给药后14天,复方大青颗粒对小鼠体质量、进食量和饮水量无明显影响。结论复方大青颗粒给药后连续观察14天,各项指标均未见异常,日最大给药量为56g/kg,相当于临床剂量的311倍。

Abstract:Objective To observe the acute toxic reaction in mice exposed to one-dose Fufang Daqing granules and to determine its maximum dosage. Methods Forty-eight 48 ICR mice were randomly divided into two control groups(female/male) and two drug groups(female/male),12 mice in each group. Drug groups were given initial dose of 40 mL/kg Fufang Daqing granules. Control groups were given equivalent volume of distilled water. After the ini-tial dose, mice in 4 groups were on normal diet and the body weight,food intake and water intake of mice were recorded for 14 d. Results After 14-day observation,no effect of Fufang Daqing granules on mouse body weight growth,food intake and water intake was found. Conclusion In this study,the maximum dosage of Fufang Daqing granules was 56 g/kg,311 times more than the clinical dose,which did not cause any acute toxicity in mice.
