内消瘰疬丸治疗颈部淋巴结结核疗效的Meta分析

目的：系统评价内消瘰疬丸（片）联合常规化疗治疗颈部淋巴结结核的临床疗效，为颈部淋巴结结核的治疗提供循证医学证据。方法：检索中外数据库如知网(CNKI)、万方(WanFang)、维普(VIP)、sciencedirect、Pubmed、Web of Science中与内消瘰疬丸（片）治疗颈部淋巴结结核有关的随机对照试验研究，排除不符合纳入标准的研究后，对纳入的研究进行资料提取和质量评价，而后采用Revman 5.3进行Meta分析。结果：依托于既定的检索方法及纳排标准，最终12篇文献被纳入，共计1002例患者，Meta分析结果显示：实验组在临床症状改善率、淋巴结病灶吸收率、治疗总有效率等方面均优于对照组。结论：内消瘰疬丸（片）联合抗痨治疗能明显改善患者的临床症状、促进淋巴结病灶吸收，提高治疗总有效率。

Meta-analysis of the efficacy of Neixiaoluoliwan pills in the treatment of cervical lymph node tuberculosis

Objective: To systematically review the clinical efficacy of Neixiaoluoli pills (tablets) combined with conventional chemotherapy in the treatment of cervical lymph node tuberculosis, and to provide evidence-based medicine for the treatment of cervical lymph node tuberculosis. Methods: Search Chinese and foreign databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang (WanFang), VIP (VIP), sciencedirect, Pubmed, and Web of Science for randomized controlled trials related to the treatment of cervical lymph node tuberculosis with Neixiaoluoli pills (tablets). After excluding studies that did not meet the inclusion criteria, data extraction and quality evaluation were performed on the included studies, and then Revman 5.3 was used for meta-analysis. Results: Relying on the established search methods and inclusion and exclusion criteria, 12 articles were finally included, with a total of 1002 patients. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the experimental group had hingher clinical symptoms improvement rate, lymph node disease absorption rate, and total effective rate than control group.Conclusion:Neixiaoluoli pills (tablets) combined with anti-tuberculosis therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,promote the absorption of lymph node lesions, and improve the total effective rate of treatment.
