宁夏农村居民慢性病患病现况调查及影响因素分析

目的分析宁夏农村居民慢性病患病现况及影响因素,为更好地解决慢性病人的卫生服务需求问题提供根据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,对宁夏17个乡镇2508户农村居民的基本情况、患病及就诊等情况进行调查分析。结果宁夏农村居民调查前半年内慢性病患病率为132.7‰,高于全国农村的平均水平(104.7‰)。患病率较高的疾病按系统别(前5位)由高到低依次是消化系统疾病、循环系统疾病、肌肉、骨骼结缔组织疾病、传染性疾病、泌尿生殖系统疾病。性别、年龄、民族、文化程度是导致慢性病患病危险性增加的影响因素。结论不同人群慢性病患病率差异存在统计学意义,加强对女性、老年人口、低文化程度人群的健康关注和干预,将有利于改善这一现状。

Chronic Illnesses Status Among Rural Residents in Ningxia and Its Iinfluence Factors

Objective To Analyze the prevalence of chronic diseases and its impact factors among rural residents in Ningxia,provide more basis for solving the health service needs of chronic people.Methods Using multistage stratified random sampling method,basic conditions,prevalence of chronic illnesses in 2508 rural residents from 17 towns in Ningxia,were analyzed.Results The survey showed that the prevalence of chronic illness in six months before among rural residents in Ningxia was 132.7 ‰.it’s significantly higher than the national average level in rural areas(104.7 ‰).The top five diseases on prevalence by the system were digestive system diseases,circulatory diseases,muscle,bone connective tissue diseases,infectious diseases and urogenital system diseases.Gender,age,ethnicity,education levels were the impact factors that caused increasing of chronic diseases.Conclusion There are differences in the prevalence of chronic diseases of different groups.It would be helpful to strengthen health concern and intervention on women,the elderly and low educational level population.
