宁夏汉族人群对氧磷酯酶-1Q/R192位点基因多态性与动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死相关性的研究

目的探讨宁夏地区汉族人群对氧磷酯酶(PON1)Q/R192基因多态性与动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死(ACI)的相关性。方法用聚合酶链式反应-限制性长度片断多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术,对74例ACI汉族患者和65例相匹配的正常汉族对照组PON1Q/192R基因型及等位基因频率进行检测,并做统计学分析。结果ACI组与对照组PON1 Q/R 192基因多态性的基因型分布分别为QQ型9.46%(7/74)、21.54%(14/65);QR型48.65% (36/74)、44.62%(29/65);RR型41.89%(31/74)、33.84%(22/65),ACI组与对照组QQ型及RR型比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);QR型比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ACI组与正常对照组等位基因频率分别为Q:0.338,0.438;R:0.662,0.562。两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PON1Q/R192基因多态性与宁夏地区汉族人群动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的发生有一定相关性。

The Relationship of Paraoxonase-1Q/R192 Gene Polymorphism with Atherosclerotic Cerebral Infarction in Ningxia Han Population

Objective To explore the relationship between the PONI Q192R gene polymorphism and atherosclerotic cerebral infarction among Han population in Ningxia.Methods A total of 74 ACI patients and 65 control subjects were recruited in this study.PON1 Q/R192 gene polymorphisms were monitored using poly- merise chainreaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).Results The distribution of the PON1Q/R polymorphism between ACI patients and control groups was QQ genotype:9.46%(7/74), 21.54%(14/65);QR genotype:48.65%(36/74),44.62%(29/65);RR genotype:41.89%(31/74), 33.84%(22/65).There were significant difference for QQ and RR genotypes of Q192R polymorphism between ACI group and in control subjects(P<0.05).There was no significant difference for QR genotype(P> 0.05).In the above two groups allele frequency was Q:0.338,0.438;R:0.662,0.562.There were significant difference between ACI patients and control groups.Conclusion The present study suggests that there is signifi- cant association between PON1 Q/R polymorphism and ACI among Hart population in Ningxia.
