射频消融房室旁路治疗预激综合征

目的：对３５例房室折返性心动过速射频消融术（ＲＦＣＡ）结果进行分析，总结经验，提高手术成功率，减少并发症，方法：对３５例预激综合征进行导管射频消融方法进行分析和探讨。结果：房室旁路折返性心运过速３５例，共３６条旁路被消融，成功率９７．２％，其中左侧旁路３２条，３１条（９６．９％）被阻断，右侧４条，全部被阻断，无并发症发生，全部病例随访１～１２个月，停用一切抗心律失常药物，无心动过速发作，结论：ＲＦ

RADIOFREQUENCY ABLATION OF ATRIOVENTRICULAR ACCESSORY PATHWAY TO CURE THE PATIENTS WITH PRE-EXCITATION SYNDROME

Objective: Results of radiofrequency ablation in 35 patients with atrioventricular accessory pathway reentrant tachycardia were analyzed in order to improve the success rate and decrease the complications Methods: To Analyze the curative action of the radiofrequency ablation on pre-excitation syndrome of 35 cases Results: Thirty-six accessory pathways (APs) in 35 patients with preexcitation syndrome were ablated with radiofrequency current,success rate is 97 2%. Thirty-one (96 9%) out of 32 left-side APs and all right-side APs were successfully ablated, no complication occurred All patients were followed-up for 1-12 months and were free from tachycardia recurrence without antiarrhythmic medication Conclusion: It was shown that catheter ablation of accessory pathways with radiofrquency current is a safe and effective method for patients with pre-excitation syndrome
