| 摘 要： | 目的了解宁夏回族自治区药品不良反应（Adverse Drug Reaction,ADR）发生和分布情况,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析宁夏回族自治区药品不良反应中心2003-2009年收集的ADR报告。结果 13773例ADR中男性占49.38%,女性占50.62%;由抗微生物药物引起ADR例数最多,占46.74%,中成药第二,占25.54%;以静脉滴注给药引起的ADR居多,占65.88%。结论加强抗感染药的合理使用与管理,正确选择给药途径,减少和避免ADR的发生;同时加强ADR监测,逐步提高ADR报告质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the characteristics and distributional regularity of the adverse drug reaction（ADR） occurred in Ningxia so as to alert the medical institutions to strengthen the task of ADR monitoring.Methods Retrospective analysis method was taken to classify and analyze the 13773 ADR Cases during 2003.1～2009.12.Results Among the 13773 cases,49.38% was the males and the females accounted for 50.62%.46.74% ADRs were induced by anti-infective drugs in the total 13773 ADR case reports and Chinese herbal preparations induced 25.54% ADRs.Intravenous administration took the lead among the routes of administration（65.88%）.Conclusion Anti-infective drugs should be used rationally and the route of administration should be chosen correctly to reduce the occurrence of ADR.Meanwhile,ADR monitoring should be strengthened to improve the quality of ADR reports. |
