摘    要:摘要:目的观察氧化苦参碱(Oxymatrine,OXY)对青霉素(Penicillin,PEN)致痫大鼠学习记忆和海马神经元P-JNK表达的影响。方法成年SD大鼠24只随机分为生理盐水对照组(Normalsaline,NS)、癫痫模型组(Epilepsy,EP)、OXY组和JNK抑制剂组(SP600125,SP),腹腔注射青霉素诱导大鼠癜痫发作,观察大鼠行为学改变,Morris水迷宫检测大鼠空间学习和记忆,免疫组化测定海马组织内P-JNK阳性细胞数。结果与EP组对比,OXY组大鼠逃避潜伏期和穿越平台次数明显减少(P〈0.05);海马组织内P-JNK阳性细胞数明显降低(P〈0.05)。结论OXY可能通过抑制JNK信号通路的活化发挥对癫痫大鼠在空间学习和记忆方面的保护作用。
