| 摘 要： | 目的：报告１３８例原发性纵隔肿瘤的诊断及外科治疗的经验和体会。方法：经胸部Ｘ线平片及ＣＴ诊断为原发性纵隔肿瘤１３８例，均行外科手术并做病理组织检查。结果：１３８例术后病检：畸胎类肿瘤３９例，胸腺肿瘤４４例，神经源性肿瘤２９例，纵隔囊肿１１例，胸骨后甲状腺肿５例，其它纵隔肿瘤１０例。手术完全切除１３０例，姑息切除１例，切除率９４９％，手术未能切除７例，手术后死亡２例。结论：胸部Ｘ线平片和ＣＴ是诊断原发性纵隔肿瘤的主要手段和方法。外科手术治疗宜及早进行

| Abstract: | Objective:Experiences of diagnosis and surgical treatment of primary mediastinal tumors in 138 were reported.Methods: All 138 primary mediastinal tumors were preoperatively diagnosed by chest X-ray and CT and postoperatively diagnosed by histopathology.Results:Among the 138 cases,teratoma was seen in 39 cases,thymoma in 44 cases,neurogenic tumors in 29 cases,mediastinal cyst in 11 cases,parathyroidoma at the back of sternum in 5 cases,mediastinal cyst in 11 cases and other mediastinal tumors in 10 cases.Tumors were resected totally in 130 cases,and only one was resected partially.The resection rate was 94.9%.7 cases were not resected.2 cases died after operation.Conclusion:Chest X-ray and CT are major diagnostic method for primary mediastinal tumors.Surgical treatment should be taken as early as possible. |
