小儿病毒性肺炎的中医药治疗与疗效评价方法分析

目的:提出中医药治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的疗效评价体系。方法:治疗对照组以利巴韦林注射液,试验组以清肺口服液治疗并进行有效性和安全性的盲法、分层区组随机、平行对照、多中心346例临床研究。结果:综合疗效及多数证候指标(咳嗽、咯痰痰鸣、气促、鼻煽、肺部湿啰音消失、出汗、食欲异?谋涞暮米?试验组均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:小儿病毒性肺炎的疗效评价体系应当包括疾病疗效评价、证候疗效评价、合并症发生率与合并用药率评价、安全性评价和卫生经济学评价。

Clinic Research and Curative Effect Evaluation Method Analysis on Chinese Medicine Treating on Children's Virus Pneumonia

Methds:Controlled by ribavirin injection,we have used the blind,stratified randomization,equal control,multicenter clinical study to assess the efficacy and safety of Qingfei oral liquid treating on accumulation of phlegm-heat syndrome of children's virus pneumonia.Results:The results of clinic research on 346 cases indicated that the total curative effect and most syndrome indexs such as cough,sputum,short breath,flaring of nares,auscultation on lung,sweating,appetite,etc,of the test group were much better than that of the controlled group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect evaluation system for Chinese medicine treating on children virus pneumonia were put forward in such aspects:curative effect evaluation for the disease;curative effect evaluation for syndrome;evaluation for the occurring rate and drug using rate for complication;evaluation for the safety and hygiene economics.
