不同工艺大黄醇沉物组分比较

目的考察大黄水提物不同工艺醇沉产物的组分差异。方法制备大黄水提物五种工艺醇沉产物，以游离蒽醌、结合蒽醌的含量与提取率为考察指标进行比较。结果不同醇沉工艺游离蒽醌、结合蒽醌的含量与提取率存在差异，多次醇沉提取游离蒽醌最多，分次醇沉提的结合蒽醌最多，提取率最高。结论可以根据对大黄不同提取物的需求，选择合适的醇沉工艺。

Comparison of Compositions in Alcohol Precipitation of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei by Different Techniques

Objective To investigate the differences in the compositions of alcohol precipitation products in the extract of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei by different techniques. Methods The alcohol precipitation products of the extract of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei were prepared by five different ethanol precipitation tech-niques. The contents of free and combined anthraquinone and the extraction ratio were taken as the indexes in the comparison. Results The contents of free and combined anthraquinone and the extraction ratio were different among different ethanol precipitation techniques. The content of free anthraquinone was the highest in multiple ethanol precipitations, the content of combined anthraquinone and the extraction ratio were the high-est in the technique of separate precipitation. Conclusion The appropriate ethanol precipitation technique is optioned according to the different requirements of the extracts of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei.
