桃红四物汤加减治疗外伤性前房积血的临床观察

目的观察桃红四物汤加减治疗外伤性前房积血的临床疗效。方法在一般治疗的基础上,56例56只眼外伤性前房积血患者均予口服桃红四物汤（桃仁、红花、生地、白芍、当归、川芎）,并根据疾病早、中、后期予辨证加减。观察治疗前后患者视力、前房积血量评分、前房积血量分级变化。结果前房积血平均吸收时间：Ⅰ级者3.25 d,Ⅱ级者4.5 d,Ⅲ级者7.5 d。疗效分析：治愈44只眼占78.57%,有效10只眼占17.86%,无效2只眼占3.57%。治疗后患者视力、前房积血量积分及分级与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论桃红四物汤加减治疗外伤性前房积血安全、有效。

Clinical Observation of Traumatic Hyphema Treated with the Modified Taohong Siwu Tang

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on traumatic hyphema treated with the modified taohong siwu tang.Methods On the basis of the general treatment,56 cases of traumatic hyphema（56 eyes）were treated with the oral administration of taohong siwu tang（peach seed,safflower,rehmannia root,white peony root,angelica,rhizoma Chuanxiong）.The formula was modified according to the pattern/syndrome differentiation at the early,middle and later stages of the disease separately.The changes of visual acuity and the score and grade of anterior chamber hemorrhage were observed before and after treatment.Results The average absorption time of hyphema：3.25 days for the grade Ⅰ,4.5 days for the grade Ⅱ,7.5 days for the grade Ⅲ.The efficacy analysis：44 eyes were cured（78.57%）,10 cases effective（17.86%）and 2 eyes failed（3.57%）.The statistical significance was indicated in the differences in comparison of visual acuity and the score and grade of anterior chamber hemorrhage after treatment with those before treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion The modified taohong siwu tang provides the safe and effective treatment for traumatic hyphema.
