150例腰椎间盘突出症患者中医体质分型研究

目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者的中医体质分布情况，研究中医体质与腰椎间盘突出症的关系。方法采用标准化的9种中医体质分类量表对福州地区明确诊断的150例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行中医体质辨识。结果研究显示，患者的体质类型分布为：瘀血质39例，阳虚质32例，湿热质24例，痰湿质15例，阴虚质15例，气虚质10例，气郁质8例，平和质5例，特禀质2例，分别占总人数的26．0％、21．3％、16．0％、10．0％、10．0％、6．7％、5．3％、3．3％、1．3％。瘀血质中，男性24例，女性15例；阳虚质中，男性11例，女性21例；湿热质中，男性16例，女性8例。结论9种体质在腰椎间盘突出症患者中客观存在，瘀血质、阳虚质、痰湿质为福州地区腰椎间盘突出症患者的主要体质类型，其体质的构成具有性别差异。

Study of Constitution Differentiation for 150 Cases of Lumbar Disc Herniation in Chinese Medicine

Objective To explore the distribution of body constitution for the patients with lumbar disc herniation in Chinese medicine and study the relationship between the constitution and lumbar disc herniation.Methods The standardized nine-constitution scale of Chinese medicine was adopted to identify the constitutions of 150 patients with lumbar disc herniation in Fuzhou.Results It was shown in the results that there were 39 cases of blood stagnation constitution,32 cases of yang deficiency constitution,24 cases of damp heat constitution,15 cases of phlegm damp constitution,15 cases of yin deficiency constitution,10 cases of qi deficiency constitution,8 cases of qi stagnation constitution,5 cases of neutral constitution and 2 cases of peculiar constitution,accounting for 26.0%,21.3%,16.0%,10.0%,10.0%,6.7%,5.3%,3.3% and 1.3% successively.Of the cases with blood stagnation constitution,there were 24 males and 15 females.Of the cases with yang deficiency constitution,there were 11 males and 21 females.Of the cases with damp heat constitution,there were 16 males and 8 females.Conclusion These nine constitutions objectively present in the patients with lumbar disc herniation.Of them,blood stagnation,yang deficiency and damp heat constitutions are predominated for the patients in Fuzhou;and there are differences in sex for the constitution composition.
