银翘解毒丸（大蜜丸）中牛蒡苷含量的测定

目的建立以高效液相色谱法（RP-HPLC）测定银翘解毒丸中牛蒡苷含量的方法,为其质量控制提供快速、有效的分析手段。方法色谱柱为岛津C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,编号：0032140）色谱柱,柱温30℃,流动相为甲醇∶水（47∶53）,流速1 mL.min-1,进样量10μL,检测波长280 nm,用外标法考察了在该色谱条件下药物的色谱峰,同时进行了专属性、线性关系、精密度等项的考察。结果牛蒡苷在0.808～2.828μg线性范围内与吸收峰面积有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为100.2%、RSD为2.82%。结论该方法专属性强,重现性好,且简便、可靠,可用于银翘解毒丸（大蜜丸）中牛蒡苷的含量测定。

Determination of Arctiin Content in Yinqiao Jiedu Pills(Honey Pills)

Objective To establish the method of the determination of arctiin content in yinqiao jiedu pills by RP-HPLC(high performance liquid chromatography)so as to provide a rapid and effective analytic approach for the quality control.Methods Chromatographic column:Shimadzu C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,number 0032140);column temperature:30 ℃;mobile phase:methanol∶ water(47∶ 53);flow rate:1 mL·min-1;sample size:10 μL;wavelength:280 nm.The external standard method was adopted to investigate the chromatographic peak of the drug under the chromatographic condition.Simultaneously,the specificity,linear relationship,accuracy and the others were observed.Results Arctiin presented a good linear relationship with the absorptive peak area in the range of 0.808 to 2.828 μg,r=0.999 5,the average recovery rate=100.2% and RSD=2.82%.Conclusion This method is strong in specificity and good in repeatability.It is the simple and reliable approach for the determination of arctiin content in yinqiao jiedu pills(honey pills).
