乳腺癌患者血清VEGF表达与临床预后的关系

目的探讨乳腺癌患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达以及与临床预后的关系。方法采集112例乳腺癌患者术前血清,用ELISA酶联免疫吸附法测定VEGF含量,并设48例乳腺良性疾病患者为对照组;分析乳腺癌血清VEGF表达与临床病理指标及预后的相关性。结果乳腺癌患者血清VEGF表达明显高于良性病变组;乳腺癌血清VEGF的表达与淋巴结转移情况、组织中ER和/或PR表达及CerbB-2的表达情况明显相关(P0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤直径大小无相关性;术后随访显示,出现转移者术前血清VEGF含量明显高于无复发转移者,其差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者血清中VEGF的表达与其临床预后有关,可作为乳腺癌患者预后判断的重要参考指标之一。

Relationship between Serum VEGF Expression and Clinical Prognosis in Patients with Breast Cancer

Objective To study the relationship between serum vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）expression and clinical prognosis in patients with breast cancer.Methods The serum of 112 cases of breast cancer was collected before operation.VEGF content was determined by ELISA method.48 cases of benign breast disease were selected as control group.The relevance of breast cancer serum VEGF expression with clinical pathological indexes and prognosis was analyzed.Results Serum VEGF expression in breast cancer patients was higher apparently than that in benign disease group.The apparent relevance presented in breast cancer serum VEGF expression in comparison with ER and/or PR expression in tissue and Cerb B-2 expression（P〈0.05）.There was no relevance with age and tumor diameter of patients.It was indicated in post-operative follow-up that serum VEGF content in the patients with metastasis was higher apparently than those without recurrence,indicating significant statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Serum VEGF expression of breast cancer patients is relevant with their clinical prognosis and can be taken as one of the important reference indexes in the judgment of the prognosis in the patients with breast cancer.
