风湿宁胶囊的主要药效学研究

目的通过经典的疼痛模型、非特异性炎症模型及免疫性炎症模型,观察风湿宁胶囊（以下简称＂FSN＂）的镇痛及抗炎作用。方法通过小鼠醋酸扭体实验观察FSN的镇痛作用;通过二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验考察FSN的抗炎作用;制备II型胶原诱导的大鼠关节炎（CIA）模型,观察FSN对大鼠足肿胀度及关节炎症积分的影响,评价其对关节炎的治疗作用。结果 FSN低、中、高剂量组能明显减少醋酸所致的小鼠扭体次数（P〈0.05）;FSN高剂量组能够明显降低二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀及腹腔毛细血管通透性增高（P〈0.05）,减轻CIA大鼠原发足肿胀度（P〈0.05）;FSN各治疗组均能够明显降低关节炎症积分（P〈0.05）。结论 FSN具有良好的抗炎及镇痛作用,并对II型胶原诱导的类风湿关节炎有明显的治疗作用。

Primary Pharmacodynamics Research on Fengshining Capsules

Objective To observe the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of fangshining capsules(FSN)through the classical pain model,nonspecific inflammation model and immune-inflammation model.Methods The acetic acid writhing test was applied to observe the analgesic effect of FSN in mice.The xylene was used to induce the ear swelling in mice.The peritoneal capillary permeability test caused by acetic acid in mice was adopted to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of FSN.The collage-II rat model was prepared to observe the impacts of FSN on foot swelling and joint inflammatory score in rat and evaluate its therapeutic effect on arthritis.Results In the groups of low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose FSN,the frequency of writhing induced by acetic acid was obviously reduced in mice(P<0.05).In FSN high-dose group,the xylol-induced ear swelling and the peritoneal capillary permeability were increased in mice(P<0.05)and the primary foot swelling was alleviated in CIA rats(P<0.05).In every FSN treatment group,the joint inflammatory scores were apparently reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion FSN is good at anti-inflammation and analgesia and achieves the apparent therapeutic effect on collagen-II induced rheumatoid arthritis.
