丹红注射液治疗气虚血瘀型老年慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的观察丹红注射液治疗气虚血瘀型老年慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将60例辨证为气虚血瘀型的老年慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组（30例）予规范化抗心衰西药治疗,治疗组（30例）采用规范化抗心衰西药加用丹红注射液（40 mL.d-1）治疗,疗程为28 d。比较两组患者在治疗后临床症状、心功能分级、N-末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）浓度、超敏C反应蛋白（HsCRP）、左室舒末内径LVEDD（mm）]及射血分数（EF%）的结果有无差异。结果治疗组总有效率86.67%,优于对照组总有效率73.33%（P〈0.01）。治疗组临床症状、心功能分级、NT-proBNP浓度、超敏C反应蛋白（HsCRP）及超声心动图指标等多方面的改善状况优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论丹红注射液治疗气虚血瘀型老年慢性心力衰竭,在改善慢性心衰临床症状,提高疗效上具有优越性。

Efficacy Observation of Danhong Injection in the Treatment of 64 Cases of Senile Chronic Heart Failure of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stagnation Pattern/Syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of danhong injection on senile chronic heart failure of qi deficiency and blood stagnation pattern/syndrome.Methods 60 cases of senile chronic heart failure differentiated as qi deficiency and blood stagnation pattern/syndrome were randomized into two groups.In a control group(30 cases),the normalized anti-heart failure western medicine was applied.In a treatment group(30 cases),the normalized anti-heart failure western medicine and danhong injection(40 mL·d-1)were provided.The duration of treatment was 28 days.It was to compare the differences in the clinical symptoms,heart function grades,N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)concentration,hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP),left ventricular end diastolic diameter and ejection fraction(EF%)after treatment for the patients between two groups.Results The total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group,which was superior to 73.33% in the control group(P<0.01).In the treatment group,the improvements in the clinical symptoms,heart function grades,NT-proBNP concentration,hs-CRP and the indexes of echocardiography were all superior to those in the control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection is advantageous at relieving the clinical symptoms of chronic heart failure and improves the efficacy on senile chronic heart failure of qi deficiency and blood stagnation pattern/syndrome.
