浅析高脂血症与中医体质的相关性

目的通过对某高校社区教职工高脂血症患者进行中医体质类型的调查,探讨该人群高脂血症的体质类型特点和人群易感性,为进行中医群体化干预、发挥中医＂治未病＂优势、预防高脂血症的发生提供理论依据。方法采用横断面研究的方法,收集患有高脂血症的患者342例作为观察组,无脂代谢异常的患者279例作为对照组,根据《中医体质分类与判定表》判定体质类型并观察其分布情况,采用卡方检验和多元回归分析体质因素对高脂血症患病的影响。结果卡方检验结果显示：观察组、对照组体质类型分布差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组中平和质、气虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质4种体质所占的比例与对照组不同,且差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;多元回归结果显示,痰湿质、气虚质与高脂血症的患病呈正相关（P〈0.05）。结论痰湿质与气虚质有可能是高脂血症的危险因素。

Analysis on the Correlation between Hyperlipidemia and Chinese Medicine Constitution

Objective To explore the constitution characteristic and the susceptibility of the staffs with hyperlipidemia in some university community through the investigation of the constitution types of Chinese medicine of these people so as to provide the theoretic evidences for the group intervene of Chinese medicine and the advantage development of Chinese medicine on disease prevention as well as for the prevention of hyperlipidemia.Methods The cross-sectional study was adopted.342 cases of hyperlipidemia were collected as an observation group and 279 cases of normal lipid metabolism as a control group.In light of Classification and Critical Table of Constitution in Chinese Medicine,the constitution types were judged and their distribution was observed.Both the chi-square test and the multiple regression analysis were applied to analyze the impacts of the constitution factors on hyperlipidemia.Results The results of the chi-square test indicated:the difference in the distribution of the constitution types was significant statistically between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the percentages of 4 constitution types,named neutral constitution,qi deficiency constitution,yin deficiency constitution and phlegm damp constitution were different significantly in statistics as compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The multiple regression results showed that the phlegm damp constitution and qi deficiency constitution presented the positive correlation with hyperlipidemia(P<0.05).Conclusion The phlegm damp and qi deficiency constitutions may be the risk factors of hyperlipidemia.
