中药熏蒸加电子生物反馈疗法治疗颈椎术后轴性症状临床观察

目的观察中药熏蒸加电子生物反馈疗法（EDIT）治疗颈椎术后轴性症状的临床疗效。方法将48例行颈后路单开门手术后出现轴性症状患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组,各24例。治疗组患者出现轴性症状即用EDIT治疗,每天2次,伤口愈合拆线后第2周用EDIT加中药熏洗治疗,每日2次;对照组患者在出现轴性症状后用扶他林胶囊治疗,每日2次。两组患者共治疗3w,并在治疗第1周后、第2周后、第3周后观察治疗轴性症状的临床疗效。结果治疗组患者在治疗前2周与对照组比较,无明显差异（P〉0.05）,但是治疗3w后两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,并且3周后治疗组优良率为87.5%,对照组优良率为50%。结论单独运用EDIT治疗效果一般,而中药熏蒸加EDIT治疗颈椎术后轴性症效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Chinese Herbal Fumigation and EDIT in Treatment of Postoperative Cervical Axial Symptoms

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal fumigation and EDIT（Electronic biofeedback therapy）on postoperative cervical axial symptoms. Methods 48 cases of axial symptoms after cervical posterior open-door operation were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,24 cases in each one. In treatment group,EDIT was administered promptly right after presence of axial symptoms,twice daily;and Chinese herbal fumigation was supplemented,twice daily,since the 2nd week after wound healing and removal of suture. In control group, voharen capsule was administered when axial symptoms presented,twice daily. Totally, 3 weeks as 1 course were administered in two groups and the clinical efficacy on axial symptoms was observed on the lst,2nd and 3rd weeks successively after treatment. Results 2 weeks before treatment, no significant difference was presented in comparison between treatment group and control group （P〉0.05）,but, 3 weeks after treatment,significant difference was presented in comparison （P〈0.01）. And 3 weeks later,the excellent rate was 87.5% in treatment group and was 50% in control group. Conclusion In treatment of axial symptoms after cervical posterior open-door operation, single application of EDIT just achieves a common therapeutic result,but with Chinese herbal fumigation supplemented,the efficacy is improved without any toxic side response presented, hence, such therapy is worth to be promoted in clinic.
