黄芪冰冻微粉增强免疫力和抗疲劳作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察黄芪冰冻微粉(HQBDWF)对小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响及其抗疲劳作用。方法:分别采用碳粒廓清速率、免疫器官重量法以及小鼠持续游泳时间的方法,观察HQBDWF对小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响及其抗疲劳作用。结果:黄芪冰冻微粉(HQBDWF)可提高小鼠单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能及持续游泳时间,同对照组和普通黄芪粉比较,有显著性差异。结论:黄芪冰冻微粉(HQBDWF)较普通黄芪粉(HQWF和HQCF)对小鼠具有明显的增强免疫力和抗疲劳作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of freeze particle of astragalus(HQBDWF)on phagocytosis of mononuclear phagocyte and anti-fatigue in mice.Methods:Carbon expurgation velocity test was used,immune organs were weighed and continuous swimming duration of rats were recorded respectively.Results:HQBDWF can enhance the phagocytosis of mononuclear phagocyte in mice and lengthen the continuous swimming duration.Compared with the controlled group and the common group,and the difference was significant.Conclusion:HQBDWF can exert significant effects on pro-immunity and anti-fatigue in mice compared with HQWF and HQCF.
