音乐电针对抑郁模型大鼠下丘脑和结肠黏膜β-内啡肽含量的影响

摘    要:目的观察音乐电针对抑郁模型大鼠下丘脑、结肠黏膜β-内啡肽(β-EP)的影响,以揭示针刺治疗抑郁症胃肠道躯体化症状的作用机制,并验证其作用效果。方法将48只健康SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、百优解组、音乐电针组,每组12只。采用慢性不可预见的温和刺激结合孤养方法制备抑郁模型。百忧解组每天灌胃给药。音乐电针组针刺大鼠"百会"和"印堂"穴,接音乐电针治疗仪。采用放射免疫法测定β-EP含量。结果模型组与空白组相比,下丘脑β-EP含量显著降低(P<0.05),而结肠黏膜β-EP含量显著升高(P<0.05);音乐电针组及百忧解组与模型组相比,下丘脑β-EP含量显著升高(P<0.05),而结肠黏膜β-EP含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论音乐电针治疗可调整不同部位脑—肠肽含量的失平衡,为抑郁症的临床治疗提供了一种切实可行的方法。

Impacts of Musical Electroacupuncture on the β- Endorphin Content in the Hypothalamus and Colonic Mucosa in the Depression Model Rats

Abstract:Objective To observe the impacts of musical electroacupuncture on β-endorphin( β- EP) in the hypothalamus and colonic mucosa in depression model rats, discover the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of gastrointestinal somatic symptoms of depression and verify the effects. Methods Forty - eight healthy SD rats were randomized into a blank group, a model group, a fluoxetine group and a music elec- troacupuncture group, 12 rats in each one. The chronic unpredictable mild stimulation combined with singly housed method was used to prepare depression model. In the fluoxetine group, the gastric infusion was applied for medication every day. In the musical electroaeupuncture group, acupuncture was given at Baihui (GV20) and Yintang( EX - HN3 ) and attached by the musical elcctroacupuncture apparatus. The radioimmunoassay was adopted for the detection of β- EP content. Results Compared with the blank group, the content of β- EP in the hypothalamus was reduced significantly( P 〈 0.05 )and that in colonic mucosa was increased signif- icantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) in the model group. Compared with the model group, the content of β-EP in the hypothal- amus was increased significantly ( P 〈 O. 05 ) and that in colonic mucosa was reduced significantly ( P 〈 O. 05 ) in the musical electroacupuncture group and the fluoxetine group. Conclusion Musical eleetroacupuncture regulates the imbalance of brain - gut peptide in different regions, which provides the practical approach to the clinical treatment of depression.
