藿香正气合剂提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选藿香正气合剂提取工艺条件。方法采用正交设计法安排试验,以欧前胡素含量为指标成分进行评价,确定最佳渗漉工艺参数;以总固体物和正丁醇提取物为考核指标进行考察影响水煮的加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数3因素。结果最佳渗漉的工艺条件为:药材粉碎成最粗粉,用70%乙醇10倍量作为溶媒渗漉,流速为7mL/min。最佳水煮提取工艺条件为:加水量为8倍,水煮三次,第一次1.5h,第二、三次各1h。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technique of Huoxiang Zhengqi Mixture. Methods The orthogonal design was adopted in the trial. The content of ammidin was taken as the index component for the assessment to determine the optimum percolation technique. The total solids and n - BuOH extract were taken as the indexes to investigate three factors impacting water extraction, named volume of supplemented water, time of decoction and frequency of decoction. Results The optimum percolation technique : the medicinal material was grinded into the coarsest powder;the amount of 10 times of 70% ethanol was used in dissolvent percolation. The flowing rate was 7 mL/min. The optimum water extraction technique conditions: water was supplemented by the amount of 8 times,decocting for three times, 1.5 hr in the first decoction, 1 hr in the 2nd and 3rd decoction respectively.
