《千金翼方》载录的《辨伤寒》考(上)

孙思邈《千金翼方》卷九、卷十载录的《伤寒论》称《唐本伤寒论》,又称《孙思邈本伤寒论》。犹如《宋本伤寒论》又称《赵开美本伤寒论》一样。《孙思邈本伤寒论》与《赵开美本伤寒论》都来源于一个共同的祖本,即均来自南朝梁阮孝绪《七录》著录的《辨伤寒十卷》。阮孝绪《辨伤寒十卷》与陈延之《小品方》著录的《辨伤寒》相关。《宋本伤寒论》受到世人高度崇信赞佩,关于它的研究已成滔滔江河之势,《唐本伤寒论》直至现在,对它的研究考证仅是涓涓细流,未被医家与学者周知。文章考证《千金翼方》成书时代及其流传,考证《伤寒辨》之特点与结构,比较《辨伤寒》与宋本《伤寒论》之异同。

Textual Research on Bian Shanghan （《辨伤寒》 ）recorded in Qianjin Yi Fang（ 《千金翼方》）（Part One）

Bian Shanghan（ 《辨伤寒》 Recognition on Febrile Disease）recorded in the Chapter 9 and 10 in Qianjin Yi Fang（《千金翼方》 A supplement to Recipes Worth A Thousand Gold）written by Sun Simiao is also titled Tangben Shanghanlun（《唐本伤寒论》）Treaties on Febrile Disease of Song Dynasty Version）and Sun Simiao Ben Shanghanlun（ 《孙思邈本伤寒论》Treaties on Febrile Disease of Sun Simiao＇s Edition） ,just like Songben Shanghanlun（ 《宋本伤寒论》）Treaties on Febrile Disease of Song Dynasty Version）is called as Zhao Kaimei Ben Shanghanlun（《赵开美本伤寒论》Treaties on Febrile Disease of Zhao Kaiben＇s Edition）. Sun Simiao Ben Shanghanlun（ 《孙思邈本伤寒论》Treaties on Febrile Disease of Sun Simiao＇s Edition）and Zhao Kaimei Ben Shanghanlun（赵开美本伤寒论》）Treaties on Febrile Disease of Zhao Kaiben＇s Edition） shared the origin from Sian Shanghan Shijuan（《辨伤寒十卷》Ten Volumes of Recognition on Febrile Dis- ease） recorded in Qilu（ 《七录》）written by Ruan Xiaoxu in Southern Liang Dynasty. Bian Shanghan Shijuan （《辨伤寒十卷》Ten Volumes of Recognition on Febrile Disease）written by Ruan Xiaoxu was related to Xi- aopinfang（ 《小品方》 ） written by Chen Yanzhi. Songben Shanghanlun （《宋本伤寒论》 Treaties on Febrile Disease of Song Dynasty Version） had been highly admired by common people and there were numerous stud- ies on it. But till present,the textual research on Tangben Shanghanlun（ 《唐本伤寒论》Treaties on Febrile Disease of Song Dynasty Version）was limited and had not been widely known by the medical scholars and ac- ademic scholars. The paper studied the era and circulation of Qianjin Yi Fang（ 《千金翼方》A supplement to Recipes Worth A Thousand Gold）and the characters and structure of Bian Shanghan（ 《辨伤寒》 Recognition on Febrile Disease）and compared the differences between Bian Shanghan（ 《辨伤寒》Recognition on Febrile Disease） and Songben Shanghanlun（ 《宋本伤寒论》Treaties on Febrile Disease of Song Dynasty Version）.
