米非司酮联合中药治疗子宫肌瘤30例疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察米非司酮联合中药治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法将60例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组各30例。对照组患者单纯应用米非司酮治疗;治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上应用桂枝茯苓丸辨证加减治疗。观察两组患者治疗后子宫、肌瘤体积与血清性激素变化情况。结果两组患者治疗后,子宫及肌瘤体积均明显缩小,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05);两组治疗后血清性激素均明显降低,但两组比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论米非司酮联合中药治疗子宫肌瘤临床效果较好,毒副作用小,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of combined therapy of mifepristone and Chinese herbal medicine on hysteromyoma.Methods 60 cases of hysteromyoma were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each one.In control group,mifepristone was applied simply in treatment.In treatment group,on the basis of treatment as control group,Guizhi Fuling Wan(Cinnamon and Hoelen Formula)was modified in light of syndrome differentiation.It was to observe the changes in the uterus,size of myoma and serum sexual hormones. Results After treatment,the size of uterus and myoma were reduced apparently in two groups and the significant difference presented in comparison with control group( P 〈 0.05 ). Serum sexual hormones were all reduced apparently after treatment in two groups, but the significant difference was not discovered in comparison( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Combined therapy of mifepristone and Chinese herbal medicine presents good clinical results on hysteromyoma. It has less toxic side effect and low relapse rate. Hence this therapy deserves to be promoted in practice.
