水蛭、斑蝥对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)血管生成的影响

摘    要:目的研究中药水蛭、斑蝥对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)血管生成的影响。方法将12只Wistar大鼠随机分为水蛭组(高低剂量组)、斑蝥组(高低剂量组)、血清组和空白组,中药水蛭、斑蝥各制成水煎液,灌胃7d,采血清备用。建立6d鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管模型,观察各组血清对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)血管生成的影响。结果水蛭高剂量组有明显地抑制新生血管数量的作用,与空白组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);斑蝥高、低剂量组与空白组比较,亦能较强地抑制新生血管数(P0.05);水蛭、斑蝥高低剂量组有抑制血管生成面积的趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论虫类中药水蛭、斑蝥对CAM血管生成有一定的抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the impacts of leech hirudo and blister beetle mylabris on the angiogenesis of chick chorioallantoic membrane(CAM).Methods:12 Wistar rats were randomized into leech hirudo group(high-dose and low-dose subgroups),blister beetle mylabris group(high-dose and low-dose subgroups),serum group and blank group.Leech hirudo and blister beetle mylabris were prepared as decoction separately and applied for gastric infusion for 7 days.Serum was collected in advance.6d CAM vessel model was established.The impacts of serums on the angiogenesis of CAM were observed in each group.Results:Leech hirudo high-dose group indicated the remarkable inhibition on the number of newly-generated vessel as compared with blank group,with statistical significant difference(P0.05).Blister beetle mylabris high-dose and low-dose groups all inhibited strongly the number of newly-generated vessel as compared with blank group(P0.05).The high-dose and low-dose groups of either leech hirudo or blister beetle mylabris indicated the inhibitory tendency on the area of angiogenesis,but without statistical significant difference in comparison(P0.05).Conclusion:Leech hirudo and blister beetle mylabris in insect herbal medicine have a certain inhibition on the angiogenesis of CAM.
