肝癌中医症状、体征、病位、用药情况流行病学调查分析

目的:探讨肝癌症状、体征、中医病位与治则的规律。方法:采用回顾性抽样调查方法,随机抽取5家医院以中医药治疗为主的原发性肝癌病历834份,采用SPSS10．00统计软件对其症状、体征、中医病位与治疗用药情况进行分析。结果:症状、体征频次率在50％以上和聚为第1类的均为纳呆食少、神疲乏力、肝区疼痛、进行性肝肿大,同时出现两个症状、体征以上者占84．6％。病位频次率在50％以上和聚为第1类的均为肝脾。所用药物归类分析,频次大于150次和聚为第1类的为化瘀类、健脾类、理气类、清热解毒类。结论:肝癌的主要症状、体征是肝区疼痛、进行性肝肿大、神疲乏力、纳呆食少;中医病位在肝,与脾密切相关;中医常用治则为化瘀、健脾、理气、清热解毒。

Epidemiological Investigation and Analysis of Symptoms, Signs,Disease Position and Using Medicine of Liver cancer in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: To investigate the laws of symptoms, signs, disease position and treating principle of Liver cancer in Traditional Chinese Medicine: Methods The retrospective sampling investigation was used to randomly sample 834 cases of primary liver cancer treated with Chinese medicine mainly in 5 hospitals, which was analyzed with statistical software SPSS10.00 for symptoms, signs, disease position and treating conditions. Results; All the symptoms and signs, the rate of recurrence over 50% , are anorexia, tirelessness, weakness, pain in liver region and progressive hepatomegalia, and the occurring rate of two symptoms or signs in the same time was 84. 6% . The diseases position, over 50% occurring rate, was liver and spleen. The Chinese medicines used for the cancer were classifying analyzed and were removing stasis, reinforcing spleen, regulating qi, clearing heat and detoxifying drugs, and their occurring rates were over 150 times. Conclusion; The symptoms and signs of liver cancer are pain in liver region, progressive hepatomegalia, tirelessness, weakness and anorexia, the diseased position is in liver and related to spleen in Chinese medical conception, and the therapeutic principles are removing stasis, reinforcing spleen, regulating qi, clearing heat and detoxifying.
