二十五味珍珠丸治疗脑血栓后遗症的临床疗效观察

目的观察藏药二十五味珍珠丸治疗脑血栓后遗症的临床疗效。方法将2010年6月～2011年11月就诊的200例脑血栓后遗症患者按就诊的先后顺序，随机分为治疗组和观察组。治疗组口服二十五味珍珠丸治疗，每次4丸（1g），每日2次；观察组采用西医常规对症治疗；两组均为1月1个疗程，连用2个疗程后观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为95％，对照组为82％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分和日常生活活动能力评定比较以及治疗后与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论二十五味珍珠丸有明显修复脑细胞、通畅脑血管的作用，能够有效缓解脑血管病的症状，降低脑血栓后遗症的危害。

Observation of the Clinical Efficacy on Cerebral Thrombosis Sequela Trea- ted with Twenty- Five Ingredients Pearl Pills

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on cerebral thrombosis sequela treated with Tibet medicine, twenty - five ingredients pearl pills. Methods 200 cases of cerebral thrombosis sequela, visited from June 2010 to November 2011 ,were randomized into a treatment group and an observation group according to the visit sequence. In the treatment group, the patients were treated with twenty - five ingredients pearl pills for oral administration,4 pills each time（ 1 g）, twice a day. In the observation group, the conventional symptomatic treatment of western medicine was given. The treatment of one month was as one session in each group. After continuous 2 sessions, the therapeutic effect was observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and was 82% in the control group, presenting the statistically significant difference in comparison（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Concerning to the scores of nerve function deficit and the activities of daily living（ ADL）, the results were different significantly before and after treatment and those after treatment in the treatment group were different significantly as compared with the control group in statistics （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The twenty -five ingredients pearl pills apparently repair brain cells, promote cerebrovascular circulation,relieve cerebrovaseular symptoms and reduce the risks of cerebral thrombosis sequela.
