白艾痛风灵免煎颗粒剂对急性痛风模型炎症因子的调节作用

目的探讨白艾痛风灵免煎颗粒剂治疗急性痛风性关节炎的作用机制。方法造兔急性痛风性关节炎模型,观察白艾痛风灵免煎颗粒剂对兔痛风性关节炎模型关节液中TNF-α、IL-1β含量的影响,并与模型组、秋水仙碱组和正常组进行对比。结果模型组关节液中TNF-α、IL-1β含量明显高于正常组(P0.01),白艾痛风灵组和秋水仙碱组TNF-α、IL-1β的含量明显低于模型组(P0.01);白艾痛风灵组和秋水仙碱组TNF-α、IL-1β的含量与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论白艾痛风灵免煎颗粒剂对急性痛风性关节炎具有一定的治疗作用。

Regulation of Baiai Tongfengling Mianjian Granule on Inflammatory Cytokines in Acute Gout Model

Objective To investigate the mechanism of baiai tongfengling mianjian granule on acute gouty arthritis.MethodsTo establish acute gouty arthritis model in rabbits,observe the impacts of baiai tongfengling mianjian granule on the expression of TNF-α and IL-1β in joint fluid in rabbits modeled with acute gouty arthritis and make the comparison among model group,colchicine western medicine group and normal group.ResultsThe content of TNF-α and IL-1β in joint fluid of model group were obviously higher than that in normal control group（P0.01）.The content of TNF-α and IL-1β in baiai tongfengling Chinese herb group and colchicine western medicine group was lower apparently than that in model group（P0.01）.There was no apparent difference in the content of TNF-α and IL-1β in baiai tongfengling Chinese herb group and colchicine western medicine group as compared with that in normal group.ConclusionBaiai tongfengling mianjian granule has a certain effect on acute gouty arthritis.
