决明子乙酸乙酯提取物对多因素诱导的大鼠脂肪肝的影响

目的：观察决明子乙酸乙酯提取物对多因素诱导的大鼠脂肪肝的防治作用。方法：采用高浓度酒精灌胃合并高脂饮食饲养和注射10％四氯化碳多因素制备大鼠脂肪肝模型，同时给予决明子乙酸乙酯提取物治疗。通过检测血清肝酶活性和肝脏组织学变化，观察不同剂量决明子乙酸乙酯提取物对脂肪肝的防治作用，并与正常对照组和东宝肝泰组作对照。结果：模型对照组大鼠肝脏出现明显的脂肪变性、肝酶活性升高；决明子乙酸乙酯提取物治疗组肝细胞脂肪变性减轻，肝酶较模型组下降，优于东宝肝泰组。结论：决明子乙酸乙酯提取物对脂肪肝有良好的防治作用。

Impacts of Juemingzi Ethyl Acetate Extract on Fatty Liver Induced by Multiple Factors in Rats

Objective ：To observe the prevention and treatment of Juemingzi ethyl acetate extract for fatty liver induced by multiple factors in rats. Methods：Fatty liver model of rat was established by gastric perfusion of high-concentration alcohol and feeding of high-fat diet as well as injection of 10% carbon tetrachloride. Juemingzi ethyl acetate extract was administered for treatment. Through examination of changes in serum liver enzyme activity and liver histology, the outcomes of pre- vention and treatment were observed on Juemingzi ethyl acetate extract of different doses and the comparison was undertaken between normal control group and control group treated with Dong Bao Gan Tai. Results：In model control group, fatty degeneration and increasing of liver enzyme activity presented apparently in rats. In treatment group with Juemingzi ethyl acetate extract,fatty degeneration was alleviated and liver enzyme activity was reduced in comparison with model group, superior to those in Dong Bao Gan Tai group. Conclusion：Juemingzi ethyl acetate extract displays good prevention and treatment for fatty liver.
