| 摘 要： | 目的观察益气温阳活血法对奥沙利铂化疗产生神经毒性的治疗作用。方法42例胃及大肠癌患者随机分为两组,均给予奥沙利钠结合5-Fu、CF化疗治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予中药治疗。结果按疗效标准评定,治疗组总有效率86.36%,对照组65.00%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论应用益气温阳活血法可消除化疗药奥沙利铂的神经毒性,具有协同治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Neurotoxicity of Oxaliplatin treated by Invigorate vital energy,warming yang and promoting blood flow. Method:42 cases of stomach cancer or cancer of colon were divided into two groups randomly. Both groups were given Oxaliplatin ,5-Fu and CF. Chinese materia medica were added into the therapeutic group. Results: The total effect rates were 86.36% and 65.00% in therapeutic group and control group. And there were significant difference between them. Conclusion: Neurotoxicity of Oxaliplatin could be relieved by Invigorate vital energy,warming yang and promoting blood flow. |
