| 摘 要： | 山楂为传统中药,具有消食化积,活血化瘀的功效,实验表明山楂叶提取物同样具有活血化瘀的作用。目前研究表明,山楂叶提取物具有抗血栓,调脂,抗心肌缺血,抗动脉粥样硬化,减少血管成形术后再狭窄以及抗心衰等多方面的作用。由于现代医学对心血管药物的研发已经进入平台期,因此以天然植物药为主的药物如山楂叶提取物因其多靶点的综合治疗作用,以及较低的毒副作用被重新重视,成为各国研究者的新热点。

| Abstract: | Hawthorn is traditional herbal medicine,acting on promoting digestion,activating blood circulation and removing stasis.The experiments show that hawthorn leaf extract also functions as activating blood circulation of removing stasis.The current research indicates that hawthorn leaf extract works on an-tithrombus,regulating lipid,anti -myocardial ischemia and atherosclerosis,reducing restenosis after angio-plasty and anti -heart failure,etc.Currently,the research and development of cardiovascular drugs have reached a plateau in modern medicine,the natural plant drugs such as hawthorn leaf extract,are drawn the at-tention again by the researchers of different countries and become the new hotspot in research due to the multi-target comprehensive therapeutic effects and lower toxic side effects. |
