晚期非小细胞肺癌痰湿证与外周血免疫指标相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)痰湿证与细胞免疫功能相关性。方法共纳入晚期NSCLC痰湿证患者190例,收集外周血标本,检测外周血细胞免疫功能指标(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD25+、CD3-/CD56+16+、CD8+/CD28+、CD4+/CD45RA、CD4/CD8),应用二元Logistic回归分析方法分析痰湿证与外周血细胞免疫功能指标相关性。结果痰湿证与CD3-/CD56+16+水平有相关性(P=0.030),与CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD25+、CD8+/CD28+、CD4+/CD45RA、CD4/CD8水平无相关性(P>0.05)。结论晚期NSCLC痰湿证与血清CD3-/CD56+16+细胞水平相关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between phlegm damp pattern/syndrome of ad- vanced non - small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and cell immune function. Methods One hundred and ninety cases of advanced NSCLC were included and the peripheral blood sample was collected. The indexes of pe- ripheral blood cell immune function ( CD3 + , CD4 + , CD8+ , CIM +/CD25 + , CD3 -/CD56 + 16 + , CD8 + / CD28 + ,CIM +/CD45RA and CIM/CD8)were detected. The binary Logistic regression method was used to analyze the correlativity of phlegm damp pattern/syndrome and the peripheral blood cell immune function in- dexes. Results Phlegm damp pattern/syndrome was correlated with the level of CD3-/CD56 + 16 + (P = 0. 030) and was uncorrelated with the levels of CD3 + , CD4 + , CD8 + , CIM +/CD25 + , CD8 +/CD28 + , CIM + / CD45RA and CIM/CD8 ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Phlegm damp pattern/syndrome of NSCLC is correlated with the level of CD3 -/CD56 + 16 +
