四君子汤合沙参麦冬汤加减配合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

目的观察四君子汤合沙参麦冬汤加减配合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法将82例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分成对照组（单纯化疗组）和观察组（中药加化疗组），观察两组近期疗效、免疫学指标、体重及生活质量的变化。结果观察组近期总有效率为58．54％，对照组为36．59％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。治疗后观察组CD4^＋细胞百分率、CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值、NK细胞较治疗前明显增高（P〈0．05），且优于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组体重及生活质量状况Karnofsky积分亦优于对照组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论四君子汤合沙参麦冬汤加减配合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效较好，能改善其免疫功能，提高生活质量。

Clinical Observation of Combined Chemotherapy of Modified Si Junzi Tang plus Shashen Maidong Tang in Late-Stage NSCLC

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined chemotherapy of modified Si Junzi Tang plus Shashen Maidong Tang in late - stage nonsmall cell lung cancer（ NSCLC ）. Methods 82 cases of latestage NSCLC were divided into two groups randomly, named observation group （Chinese herbs plus chemotherapy group）and control group（ simple chemotherapy group）. Recent efficacy, immunologic indexes, body weight and life quality were observed in two groups. Results The recent total effective rate was 58. 54% in observation group and was 36.59% in control group, indicating significant difference in comparison （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The percentages of CD 4^＋ cell, CD 4^＋/CD 8^＋ and NK cell in observation group were increased apparently compared with those before treatment（P 〈0.05 ）, and superior to those in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The results of body weight and life quality Karnofsky score in observation group were also superior to those in control group （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Combined chemotherapy of modified Si Junzi Tang plus Shashen Maidong Tang has good recent efficacy on late - stage NSCLC and it can improve immune function and life quality.
