奥沙利铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶／亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效观察

目的：观察奥沙利铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶／亚叶酸钙联合治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法：所有患者第1天奥沙利铂85mg／m2静脉滴注2h；第l，2天亚叶酸钙200mg/m2静脉滴注2h；第1，2天5-氟尿嘧啶400mg／m。静脉推注．第1，2天5-氟尿嘧啶1200mg／m2微量泵持续静脉滴注44h。其余12d为化疗间歇期，14d为1个化疗周期，从第15天开始为下一个化疗周期，完成3个周期后评价疗效。结果：48例晚期胃癌患者近期疗效完全缓解（CR）2例．部分缓解（PR）26例，稳定（SD）12例，进展（PD）8例，总有效（CR＋PR）率为58.3％。主要不良反应为骨髓和消化系统，基本为Ⅰ度和Ⅱ度，经对症处理后均能缓解。结论：奥沙利铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶／亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌疗效较好，毒副反应轻，值得进一步推广。

Combined Therapy of Oxaliplatin,5-Fluorouracil and Calcium Folinate on Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective：To observe the effect of combined therapy of OxaJiplatin （L-OHP）, 5-fluorouracil and calcium folinate on advanced gastric cancer. Methods：48 cases of advanced gastric cancer were intravenously infused L-OHP 85 mg/ m2 for 2 h on the first day of therapy. Then they were given calcium folinate 200 mg/m2 2 h and 5-fluorouracil 400 mg/m2 and 1 200 mg/m2 continuously 44 h i.v. on the first and second day. 14 d was a chemotherapy course and the effect was appraised after 3 courses. Results：The short- and mid-term effect showed that CR was 2 cases by 4.2%, Ptl was 26 by 54.2%,SD was 12 by 25%,PD was 8 by 16.7%. Total effective rate（CR＋PR）was 58.3%. The side effect were mainly in the marrow and digestive system and of Ⅰand Ⅱ degree. They all could relieve after suitable therapy. Conclusion：Combined therapy of L- OHP, 5-fluorouracil and calcium folinate may be effective on advanced gastric cancer and deserved to be popularized.
