针刺对孕期高雄大鼠雄性子代的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨针刺对大鼠孕期高雄激素血症环境子代雄性大鼠的影响。方法:通过母体高雄环境建立子代雄性大鼠高雄激素血症模型。孕鼠皮下注射丙酸睾丸酮或油剂,以雄性子代为实验对象,即模型组和油剂组,将模型组分为针刺组和对照组。治疗后检测脂肪代谢、糖代谢、肾上腺相关指标。结果:模型组和油剂组比较,睾酮水平无显著性差异,17-羟孕酮水平升高。治疗前后针刺组和对照组比较,OGTT无显著性差异。治疗前针刺组DHEAS差值与对照组比较无显著性差异,治疗后显著降低(P〈0.01)。治疗后针刺组较对照组比较体重下降明显(P〈0.05);针刺组脂肪湿重较对照组显著减轻(P〈0.05)。结论:孕鼠注射丙酸睾丸酮可诱导子代雄性大鼠发生高雄激素血症。针刺丰隆、天枢、足三里、三阴交对DHEAS水平有调节作用,对类多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)大鼠亲代的肥胖有治疗作用。

Acupuncturing Effects on Prenatally Androgen Male Rats

Abstract:Objective :To explore the acupuncturing effects on insulin resistance in prenatally androgen male rats. Methods:Hyperandrogenism model in filial male rats was established by maternal height androgens environment. Pregnant rats were injected with testosterone propionate or oil. The filial male rats were selected and then divided into testosterone propionate and oil group. The rats in testosterone propionate group were further divided into acupunture treating group and acupuncture control group. We tested the indicators regarding lipometabolism, glycometabolism and suprarenal gland after treatment. Results :The level of testosterone showed no significant difference between testosterone propionate group and oil group;the level of 17-hydroxyprogesterone was significantly higher in testosterone propionate group. OGTT had no significant difference between acupunture treating group and acupuncture control group before and after treatment. DHEAS didn't change significantly between acupunture treating group and acupuncture control group before treatment and dropped obviously after treatment(P〈0.01). The weight of the rats in acupunture treating group reduced significantly compared with acupuncture control group (P〈0.05);the fat wet weight of acupunture treating group reduced significantly compared with acupuncture control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion:By injecting testosterone propionate into pregnant rats, we successfully induced hyperandrogenism model in filial male rats. Acupuncturing at Fenglong Point,Tianshu Point,Zusanli Point and Sanyinjiao Point had regulation effect on DHEAS level. It also had therapeutic effect on obesity of parental polycystic ovary-like syndrome rats.
