近30年临床子宫肌瘤中医证型和用药规律分析

目的对1979年6月-2008年6月中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）收录的中医诊治子宫肌瘤文献，通过频度分析总结中医证型和方药特点，以探讨子宫肌瘤中医辨证论治规律。方法对所选文献进行证型、方剂统计及用药规律，并总结归类，观察各药物、证型引用频次及所占比例。结果子宫肌瘤证型40个，证候要素13个，其中证候中的实证占59.74％，虚证占40.26％。用药共232种，按功能归为46类，进一步合并为19大类，活血化瘀药、补虚药和清热药物使用频次占64.45％，活血化瘀药为第1位，补气血药次之，其他清热药、化痰药也常用。结论中医诊治子宫肌瘤证型特点和方药规律的分析可为目前子宫肌瘤的辨证论治提供参考依据。对子宫肌瘤要从多方面进行辨证，尤其注意证型的辨别、虚实的并重及方药的运用。

Analysis on Syndrome Types and Formula Application in Myoma of Uterus in Chinese Medicine in Recent 30 Years

Objective The literatures on the treatment of myoma of uterus with Chinese medicine were collected from CNKI dated in the range from June 1979 to June 2008. The types of syndromes and the characteristics of herbal formulas were summarized through frequency analysis so as to probe into the laws of the differentiation of syndrome and treatment of the disease in Chinese medicine. Methods The types of syndromes ,formulas and drugs were analyzed and classified statistically to observe the use frequency and percentage of every drug and type of syndrome. Results There are 40 types of syndromes in myoma of uterus and 13 elements of syndromes, in which, excess syndrome occupies 59.74% and deficiency syndromes 40.26%. There arc totally 232 kinds of drugs applied, which is classified into 46 categories in terms of functions. 19 major categories were integrated further, of which, the frequency of drug application in the categories of activating blood circulation and resolving stasis, of replenishing deficiency and of clearing away heart is 64.45%. The drug for activating blood circulation and resolving stasis occupies the top position in use frequency, and tonic drug the second. Besides, the drugs for clearing away heat and resolving phlegm are applied commonly. Conclusion The analysis on the types of syndromes and the characteristics of formulas and drugs in Chinese medicine in myoma of uterus may provide the reference evidences for the differentiation of syndromes and treatment of this disease at present. Myoma of uterus should be differentiated in multiple dimensions, especially stress on the differentiation of syndromes, mutual - importance of deficiency and excess and application of herbal formulas.
