加味乌梅丸煎剂对原发性高血压眩晕的疗效及颈动脉内膜厚度的影响

目的观察加味乌梅丸煎剂对原发性高血压眩晕的临床疗效及对颈动脉内膜中层厚度的影响。方法将102例原发性高血压眩晕患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组52例和对照组50例。对照组予硝苯地平缓释片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方案的基础上口服加味乌梅丸煎剂,疗程均为8周。比较两组治疗前后血压、欧洲眩晕评价量表(EEV)评分、颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组血压、EEV评分、IMT均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组的改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的临床总有效率为84.6%(44/52)优于对照组的64.0%(32/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味乌梅丸煎剂辅助西医常规疗法可改善原发性高血压所致的眩晕症状,并降低颈动脉内膜中层厚度,提高血管内皮活性,有较好的临床应用价值。

Effect of modified Wumeiwan Decoction on the treatment of essential hypertension vertigo and the effect on carotid intima-media thickness

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Wumeiwan Decoction on essential hypertension vertigo and its effect on carotid intima-media thickness.Method A total of 102 patients with essential hypertension vertigo were randomly divided into a treatment group(52)and a control group(50)by using random number table.The control group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets,while the treatment group was treated with modified Wumeiwan Decoction on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.The course of treatment was 8 weeks in both groups.Blood pressure,European Evaluation of Vertigo Scale(EEV),carotid internal-media thickness(IMT)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,blood pressure,EEV score,and IMT in both groups were significantly improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total clinical response rate in the treatment group(84.6%)was higher than that in the control group(64.0%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For vertigo caused by essential hypertension,modified Wumeiwan Decoction can improve symptoms,reduce carotid intima-media thickness,and improve the activity of vascular endothelium,which has high value for clinical application.
