家属参与孕期健康教育对母乳喂养的影响

目的探讨家属参与孕期健康教育对母乳喂养的影响。方法选择自然分娩无妊娠合并症的初产妇249名,其中家属共同参与孕期健康教育的初产妇125名设为观察组,将同期孕妇单独参与孕期健康教育的初产妇124名设为对照组,实验组家属共同参与孕期健康教育,对照组孕妇单独参与孕期健康教育。两组分别于产后第3天进行对比评定。结果两组各种母乳喂养的相关知识技术水平比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,产妇纯母乳喂养、混合喂养差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论家属共同参与孕期健康教育在母乳喂养中有重要的促进作用,提高了纯母乳喂养率。

Family Health Education in the Breastfeeding during Pregnancy

Objective To investigate the impact of health education of family on breastfeeding during pregnancy.Methods 249 pregnant women with no pregnancy complications were enrolled.They were divided into two groups：observation group（n=125）,healthy education of common participation in pregnancy editorial;control group（n=124）,pregnant women participated in health education alone.Both groups were evaluated in the first three days after delivery.Results Compared with the control group,the related knowledge of breastfeeding was superior（P〈0.01）,the difference between maternal breastfeeding and mixed feed was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The family health education in participation breastfeeding during pregnancy played an important role in promoting breastfeeding and improved the breastfeeding rates.
