| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无张力疝修补术在老年腹股沟复发疝中的临床应用价值。方法对2000年6月-2007年6月采用人工合成材料行42例老年腹股沟复发疝无张力疝修补术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组病例手术全部成功,随访时间6～90个月,无严重术后并发症,有1例复发,总体效果良好。结论无张力疝修补术安全,操作简单,创伤小,并发症少,术后恢复快,复发率低,是治疗老年复发性腹股沟疝的理想术式。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the value of tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of recurrent inguinal hernia in elderly patients. Methods The clinical data of 42 elderly patients with recurrent inguinal hernia treated with shaped polypropylene tension-free hernioplasty were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases were operated successfully. In the follow-up period ranged from 6 to 90 months, no serious postoperative complications were found. 1 recurrent case recurred. Conclusions Tension-free hernia repair has many advantages, such as safety, easily manipulation, minimal invasion, rapid recovery, lower recurrence. It is a perfect and ideal surgical operation for the recurrent inguinal hernia in elderly patients. |
