| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小剂量芬太尼复合丙泊酚用于无痛胃镜检查的可行性。方法选择80例传统胃镜检查为对照组,80例为无痛胃镜组,两组患者均于检查前、检查中、检查后连续监测血压、心率和SPaO2,记录不良反应及术中舒适度并进行比较。结果两组比较,检查时与检查前后的血压、心率变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论小剂量芬太尼复合丙泊酚用于无痛胃镜检查安全有效,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the applicability of low-dose fentanyl and propofol in the process of gastroscopy.Methods 80 patients received routine gastroscopy served as control group.Other 80 patients administered with low-dose fentanyl and propofol in the process of gastroscopy were assigned to painless group.Blood pressure(BP),heart rate (HR),pulse oxygen saturation(SPaO2),adverse effect and sick symptoms were continuously monitored and recorded before,during and after operation.Results The BP,HR,and SPaO2 before,during and after operation were significantly difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions Application of Low-dose fentanyl and propofol in in the process of electronic Gastroscopy is effective and safe,is worth further extending. |
