60例小儿白血病临床分析

目的探讨小儿急性白血病(AL)发病年龄、性别、患病时间、就诊季节、临床类型及临床表现。方法对在我科住院的60例白血病患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有病人均经过骨髓细胞学检查确诊AL。结果坚持1疗程VDLD方案化疗的18例ALL,其中完全缓解13例,部分缓解4例,未缓解1例。采用DA方案化疗的17例ANLL,1疗程后缓解9例,2疗程后缓解5例,未缓解3例。结论小儿急性白血病的患病年龄、就诊季节有一定的规律性,临床类型和临床表现复杂多样,临床医师必须提高对AL的诊断与鉴别诊断能力,才能尽早诊断AL。

Clinical Analysis of Acute Leukemia in 60 Children

Objective To investigate some aspects of clinic features of acute leukemia(AL) in children,such as age,gender,course of diseases,season of occurrence,clinical type and situation,and so on.Methods 60 children under 14 years old with AL were diagnosed by bone marrow aspiration cytologic examination.The clinic data of them was analysed retrospectively.Results Among 18 patients with ALL,13 cases were complete remission,4 cases partly remission and 3 cases not remission after a course of VDLD chemotherapy.Among 17 cases with ANLL,9 children were complete remission after a course of DA chemotherapy.After a second course of same treatment,another 5 children were complete remission and 3 were not remission.Conclusions There are some certain relations in age,gender,course of disease and season with children's AL.Clinical type and manifestation of AL are complexity.In order to diagnose AL duly,pediatrician should improve their ability of diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
