社区高血压病患者分组管理状况分析

目的调查社区内高血压病分组管理状况，为社区预防控制高血压病提供依据。方法2007年7—9月对徐汇区斜土街道社区≥35岁常住居民进行高血压患病的性别、年龄构成及分组管理的情况进行分析。结果本社区现有高血压管理对象共2052名，其中高血压重点管理对象1917人，男女之比为l：1．22，男性患者中65岁以上者占72．19％，女性患者中65岁以上者占70．77％。其中很多高血压患者伴发有糖尿病、冠心病、脑中风、血脂紊乱等其他慢性疾病。结论高血压病管理是社区卫生服务的重要内容，开展健康教育和健康促进是目前管理和控制高血压的有效方法，管理时应根据患者的不同特点如不同伴随疾病，制定不同的方法和目标，并针对薄弱环节加以改进。

Analysis of Grouping Management for Hypertension in Conununity

Objective To investigate condition of grouping management for hypertension in a community, and provide basis of community prevention and control of hypertension. Methods From July to September in 2007, residents in our community aged 35 years or older were investigated and analyzed, including hypertensive patients＇ sex, age constitution and situation of grouping management. Results There were 2052 hypertensive management target in our community. The number of the important hypertensive management target was 1917 with the ratio of 1 male to 1. 22 female ,male patients aged 65 years or older accounting for 72.19% ,female patients aged 65 years or older accounting for 70.77%. Many hypertensives suffered other chronic disease such as diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke and dyslipidemia. Conclusion Management of community hypertension was the important content of community health service. Health education and health promotion was the effective method for management and control of hypertension. Different method and target should he formulated according to individual feature.
