| 摘 要： | 目的观察综合疗法治疗先天性泪囊炎的疗效。方法380例405眼先天性泪囊炎患儿依次行泪囊挤压按摩、泪道加压冲洗、泪道冲洗探通。结果401眼恢复正常的导泪功能,溢泪溢脓症状消失,治愈率99.01%。结论综合疗法是治疗先天性泪囊炎安全有效、并发症少的方法;泪道冲洗探通的适宜年龄在3~6月之间。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of combined therapy for congenital dacryocystitis.Methods In proper order,380 cases(405 eyes) of congenital dacryocystitis were treated by extruding and massage lacrimal sac,irrigation of lacrimal passage,irrigating and probing lacrimal passage.Results 401 eyes were recovered.Epiphora and pyorrhea disappeared after operation.The cure rate is 99.01%.Conclusions Combined therapy is a safe,effective method for congenital dacryocystitis with lower complication.3~6 months is the proper age for irrigation and probing of lacrimal passage. |
